Henry Laube

Rev. Henry G. Laube, age 88, of Eldersburg, died Thursday, July 4, 2013 at his home.
He was born April 12, 1925 in Bethlehem, PA, the son of the late Julius Laube and the late Anna Katona Laube.
He pastored numerous churches, retiring in 1990. He held numerous leadership positions in Baptist Associations on the state level. He attended Elders Baptist Church in Eldersburg, MD. His education was Moravian College, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY and Johns Hopkins University.
He was the husband of Helen G. Laube (nee Glina), for 66 years.
He was the father of Dr. Cynthia K. Ewing; Brenda J. Laube and husband Stan Petite, John A. Laube and wife Elizabeth A. Baer, Beth A. James and husband Ron James and Grandfather of Lindsey K. Donovan.
Predeceased by six siblings.
Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville (Beside South Carroll High School) on Monday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM.
Funeral Service will be held at Elders Baptist Church, 1216 Liberty Road, Sykesville on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 10:30 AM with the Rev. Jim Edmonson officiating.
Interment Lake View Memorial Park.
