Hobert D. Davidson, 65 of Mount Airy, died on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at University of MD Hospital.
He was born April 16, 1950 in Sneedville, TN. He was the son of the late Worley and late Josephine (Moore) Davidson. Mr. Davidson was a 1968 graduate of South Carroll High School. He was employed by Howard County Bureau of Highways for 30 years retiring at age 48. He later drove a dump truck for Hardin’s Hauling and lastly was a school bus driver in Howard County.
Surviving him are his wife Shane Henley Davidson, daughter Cheyenne Dakota Davidson, son Dallas Montana Davidson. Grandchildren Peyton Rose and Levi Montana Davidson. He is also survived by his sister Sue and brother-in-law Donald Colson, nieces and nephews and a special great-niece Josie Leigh Colson. He is predeceased by brother Clayton T. Davidson and sister Linda A. Christian and son Shane Mark Davidson. He will also be dearly missed by his loving pets, Brando , grand dog Riley, Lucy and Madison.
The family will receive friends on Friday June 19, 2015 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 20, 2015 10 Am at Sharon Missionary Baptist Church 2145 McKendree Rd. West Friendship, MD 21794. Interment to follow in church cemetery.
