Howard Kenneth Stettmeier Jr. (Ken), age 79 from Westminster/Ocean City, MD died suddenly Saturday December 11, 2021, peacefully surrounded by family. He was born June 22, 1942, in Baltimore, MD and is survived by his wife of 59 years, Nancy K. Stettmeier. After serving in the Coast Guard, he was employed by A&P/Super Fresh as a butcher and owned and operated a Nascar Race Tour Company named Race Fever Tours. Along with his passion for racing came the hobby of collecting classic cars of which he was a true "Ford Man." With his love of the water, it took him to the Ocean to enjoy the boating life and just relaxing while living on the water. He was an avid dog rescuer with the adoption of four labs from Lab Rescue LRCP. Ken was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Theresa and granddaughter Nichole Laufert, RN. Surviving are his daughters Kim Schulte and her husband Ron and their two children Craig and Cody, his daughter Kandi Laufert and her husband Tony and son Kyle, his son Howard Kenneth Stettmeier III and his wife Debbie along with their six children.
