She was the wife of the late Joseph Anthony Zanghi
She was born August 6, 1920 in San Pedro, CA the daughter of the late William and Mary Sarah Lilly Toman.
During WWII she worked for the War Shipping Administration for 8 years.
After the war, she worked for Atlas Diesel Engine Company for 6 years. Her last employment was with Dr. Roger Melkonian as Office Manager for 7 years
In addition to her husband she is predeceased by son Howard F. Ferguson and 3 brothers and 2 sisters
Surviving are her daughter Heidi Benedict and her husband Scott, Daughter-in-law Joanne Ferguson, 5 Grandchildren Bill Ferguson, Coreen Ferguson, Joe Paterson, Jesse Paterson Krystal McGuirt and Four Great-Granddaughters.
The Family will receive friends on Wednesday September 17, 2014 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784.
Funeral Services will take place Thursday, September 18, 2014 11 AM at Elders Baptist Church 1216 Liberty Rd. Eldersburg, MD 21784. Entombment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Finksburg, MD
