James Lloyd Chapman, age 71, of Sykesville, MD., died Sunday, April 7, 2019 at Carroll Hospice, Inc.-Dove House in Westminster, MD.
He was born March 15, 1948 in Virginia, the son of the late Joe C. Chapman and the late Ruby Blevins Chapman.
Jim was a Supervisor for Howard County Roads for 33 years. He enjoyed Hunting.
Surviving him is a companion Charlotte Reeves and her daughter Linda Reeves; brother of Mattie M. Pitman, John E. Sawyer, Barbara E. Chisholm. George H. Chapman and the late Charlotte L. House and late Willie J. Chisholm.
