loving father of Amy Downey Burins and her husband James P. Burins of Mt. Airy MD and Laurel Hottes Frisch and her husband John B. Frisch ; cherished grandfather to James B. Frisch, David J. Downey, Corcoran A. Downey, Katherine F. Carter, Patrick Z. Downey and Sarah T. Frisch; and new great-grandfather to Barrett J. Carter and Braley R. Carter.
A Celebration of Jim’s life will be held tomorrow, Saturday October 12, 2019 at 1 PM at the Fairhaven Acts Retirement Community Chapel, 7200 Third Avenue, Sykesville, MD 21784.
Reception immediately following the service at the Johnzie Lounge.
Interment private.
