James Kenney

James Michael “Mike” Kenney, Sr., age 47, of Eldersburg, died on Sunday, July 3, 2011 at his home. He was born October 26, 1963 in Indianapolis, Indiana the son of Carol A. Kenney (nee Berendes) and the late Hal James Kenney III. Step son of John W. Royer. He was a network engineer for Enforme Interactive in Frederick. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and family. He loved his pets Kitty and Buddy. He enjoyed fishing, Hunting, Riding his Harley and Jeep, his remote helicopters, going to the mountains and road trips with his kids. Survived by his loving companion Elizabeth “Liz” Burdette of Eldersburg, brother of Patrick T. Kenney and wife Susan, Sean J. Kenney and fiancée Alaina Jarvis, Kathleen K. Sterling and husband Jerry and the late Paul R. Kenney; father of James Michael, Jr., Elizabeth “Beth”, and Daniel Kenney, also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville (Beside South Carroll High School) on Friday from 5-8 PM., memorial service at a later date, private inurnment. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the “Mike Kenney Memorial Fund”, C/O his children; PNC Bank, 401 S.
