James P. Murk, age 79, of Woodbine, MD, died Saturday, June 24, 2023, at his home.
James was the husband of the late Ann Murk (nee Leeper).
James was born July 21, 1943, in Baltimore, MD., the son of the late John Leo Murk and the late Evelyn Louise Goldsmith Murk.
James was a Construction Superintendent for Shirley Construction, prior to his retirement in 2004.
He was a Sgt. In the Army with an honorable discharge in 1975.
Surviving is a brother John Charles Murk, nephew Michael Dembeck, niece Sarah Dasilva, nephew Christopher Murk, honorary daughter Barbara Anania and honorary granddaughter Robin Harlan.
Graveside Service and Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 11:00 AM with Pastor Bob Tousey officiating.
