James Parker

James George Parker, Jr. 59 of Westminster, MD, died Friday April, 27, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center. He was the spouse of Betty Ann (Ouimette) Parker of Westminster. Mr. Parker was born February 17, 1953 in Baltimore, MD the son of the late James G. Parker, Sr. and the late Elizabeth (Finnick) Parker. He was a retired Technician for Xerox Corporation. Mr. Parker was a Former Boy Scout Troop leader, a Sunday School Teacher, enjoyed Motorcycling, camping, cooking and was an all around Jack of all Trades. Surviving him in addition to his wife are Son and Daughter-in-law Justin Daniel Parker and Shannon Sheehan of St. Thomas, USVI. Daughter and Son-in-law Lydia Marie Parker and Chad Allen of Hagerstown, MD Adoring Grandson Draco James Allen. Sister and Brother-in-law Rosalie Parker and Richard Smith of Arbutus Brother David Parker of Baltimore Nephew Jeremy Smith and Niece Emily Smith. Mother in-law and Father –in-law Romaine Ouimette and William Bilenki Brother in-law and Sister-in-law Jon Ouimette and Dawn Ouimette. Dearest Friend Jacquie Richardson. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday May 1, 2012 10:30 AM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, P.A. 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784. Interment to follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Marriottsville, MD. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday 3 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM.
