James Riggs

James D. Riggs, age 42 of Woodbine, died Saturday April 28, 2007 at Carroll General Hospital in Westminster , MD. He was born October 15, 1964 in Novato , CA the son of Dr. Alvin Richard Riggs and Barbara L. Riggs (nee Lenington) of Salisbury , NC . He was a Computer System Analyst for Northrop Grumman. He enjoyed Fly Fishing and his family. He was the husband of Rose Marie Riggs (nee DeVaney). He was the father of Brooke Alexis and Bailey Ann Riggs. He was the brother of Amy Riggs Wimmer and her husband Dr. Mark Wimmer of Salisbury , NC . Uncle of Alexander Riggs Wimmer and Arielle Marion Wimmer. Also survived by several Aunts and Uncles. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday May 1, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA 1212 W. Old Liberty Road , Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) with the Rev. Arthur Monroe of Morgan Chapel U.M. Church in Woodbine officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery , Bethel & Woodbine Road, Woodbine, MD.
