Died Wednesday, August 12, 2015. He was born August 4, 1988 in Howard County, MD the son of Michelle (Sheets) Phifer and husband Thomas Phifer of Buxton Montana and Douglas Lee Sipes and Fiancé Lisa Baker of Streetsboro, OH.
James was a Pump Operator for Aaron Concrete Pumping. He loved his dog King, Fishing, and shooting pool.
Surviving him is addition to his parents are Grandparents Ruth and James Sheets of W. Friendship, Fred and Faye Sipes of Marriottsville. Brothers Cameren and Chase Phifer and Douglas Sipes and sister Katherine Sipes. Aunt and Uncles Robyn and Ed Duafala, Frederick and Ricky Sipes.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 16, 2015 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Pm at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME, 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 Where Catholic Prayers will be said on Monday, August 17, 2015 11:00 AM . Interment to follow at Lake View Memorial Park Sykesville, MD 21784.
