Jean May Johnson (nee Gamber), age 74 of Westminster, died Friday, April 4, 2014 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD.
She was born May 30, 1939 in Maryland the daughter of the late James Walter Gamber and the late Mary Agnes Sword Gamber.
She was a Custodian for Carroll Community College.
She was the wife of the late Carroll Henry “Ike” Johnson
She was the mother of James Johnson, Henry Johnson, Ronnie Johnson and Cheryl Gibbs.
She was the sister of Peg Becraft, Bo Gamber, Kitty Dragoo, Eddie Gamber and the late Charlotte Gamber, late Herman Gamber, late Rosemary Gamber and late Dorothy Winters.
Also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD (Beside South Carroll High School) on Tuesday 3-5 & 7-9 PM; where Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Larry Gibbs officiating.
Interment will be in Millers U.M. Church Cemetery, Millers, MD.
