Jo Chen

Jo Ann Chen (nee Graham), age 60, of Westminster, MD, died on August 24, 2017 peacefully at her home. She was born July 22, 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland, the daughter of the late Samuel and late Wanda Graham.
Jo Ann loved shopping and socializing with friends as well as working outdoors and gardening. But the most important thing to her was taking care of her family. She had a huge heart and is greatly missed.

Jo Ann is survived by her husband, Duane Chen, brother Jerome Graham, sister Sarah Graham, son Jerome Graham, stepdaughter Stacey (Troy) Carroll, and stepson Timothy (Kathy) Chen; grandchildren Brittany (Jason), Marlee, Sydni, Alysandra, Isabella, and Jerome; also, survived by 1 great grandchild Julian; preceded in death by her sister, Connie and her brother Samuel.

Memorial Service will be held at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA., 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM.
