He was born November 12, 1958, in MD the son of Shirley L. Cator (Nee Moore) & the late John E. Cator, Jr.
Mr. Cator was a member of the Merchant Marines. He was a Gun & Motorcycle enthusiast.
He is survived by his sister Carol A. Foelster, Sister Shirl R. Harrison and numerous nieces & nephews.
