John Richard Percy, JD
76 of Salisbury formerly of Eldersburg, MD
Died Thursday August 29, 2013 at Salisbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was the spouse of 55 years to Marilyn Ruth (Markee) Percy.
Mr. Percy was born August 4, 1937 in Toronto, Canada the son of the late Dr. John and Mary (Suttie) Percy. He was employed by the Social Security Administration for over 25 years and was a Past Dean of Arlington Baptist Bible College. Graduated from Houghton College 1959 with a BA, Syracuse Law 1961 and a MA from George Washington University. He was also an Assistant to the Pastor at Arlington Baptist Church and a Sports Enthusiast .
Surviving in addition to his wife are children and their spouses Susan and Dr. Timothy Benning of Salisbury, MD Sharon and Anthony Roman of Westminster, MD, John and Susan Percy of Cumberland, Rhode Island. Sisters Dr. Elizabeth Pattison of Allentown, PA and Ruth Sabian of Los Angeles, CA Also survived by 8 grandchildren
