John Taylor Salgado, age 72 of Sykesville, MD, went home to be with the lord Tuesday, January 19, 2016.
He was born April 15, 1943, in Libertyville, Illinois, the son of the late Ferdinand and the late Guadalupe (Mendoza) Salgado.
He was the husband of Gail M. Salgado.
John worked as a technician for American Pest Control for 12 years. He was an Air Force veteran and a member of Elders Baptist church.
He is survived by 3 sisters Patricia Ketterer, Alice Garrison, and Eleanor Shell. Also survived by 3 children, 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild 7 numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by siblings Maria, Nicholas & Bob Salgado.
A memorial Service will be held at Elders Baptist Church 1216 Liberty Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784 on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 11 AM with Pastor Jim Edmonson officiating.
Inurnment will be at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery in Owings Mills, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the St. Jude’s Children Hospital. Online condolences to www.burrier-queen.com.
