Joseph M. Carman, of Eldersburg, died on Sunday, May 13, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Betty Brinsfield Carman and the late Mary Jo VanLeeuwen Carman. Devoted father of James Carman, Joanna Shurtleff, the late William Carman, Jack Barnard, Keith Barnard, Kathy Hull, and Anita Baker. Dearest brother of Ruth Gilvickas and the late Roland Carman. Also Survived by numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. Friends may call Wednesday, May 16, 2012 from 204PM and 7-9PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, P.A. (besides South Carroll High) 1212 W. Old Liberty Road Winfield, MD 21784. Funeral services will take place at Woodlawn Cemetary on Thursday May 17, 2012 at 11AM.
