Joseph Leonard Fish, age 69, of Carroll County, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025.
He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on November 30, 1955. Proud graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, class of ‘73. He was a local business owner in the fire protection industry.
He was the son of the late Samuel E. Fish and Betty L. Fish of Baltimore, MD. He was the beloved husband of Connie Fish (nee Edmondson) for 45 years and father of two sons and daughters-in-law, Anthony (Tina) and Joseph Ryan (Julie).
He was a hard-working man who loved being with his family. He had a passion for sports, especially the Ravens and Orioles. He loved his dogs, Paris and Sydnee, and his grand-dogs, Roxy and Nova. He will be remembered for his contagious laugh, incredible personality, and overwhelming kindness. He was capable of helping and guiding anyone who met him. He made a lasting impact on many lives. His legacy will live on through his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Frank Luca, and his uncle, Joseph Zito. Along with his wife and children, Joseph is survived by his brother, Samuel E. Fish Jr (Lois), his sister, Rosemarie Luca, his aunt, Cheryl Zito, brothers-in-law, John Edmondson (Susan), Steven Edmondson (Karen), and David Alford, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
