Judith “Judy” Ann Hall passed away at her home in Ellicott City on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, after an extended illness. Born on June 29, 1944, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Paul Seiler and R. Jean (Morgan) Seiler.

Judy started her career as a restaurant server but spent most of her life as a business owner. Her businesses included Extraordinaire and The Grapevine (antique stores), She, Ltd. (clothing store), and Lookmaker (cosmetics). She enjoyed cooking, being out in nature, watching health and faith-based TV shows, and finding great deals at thrift stores; but mostly she enjoyed time spent with her family and the children in her apartment complex. She will forever be remembered for her youthful beauty, resilient spirit, and her delicious potato salad.

This beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother is survived by her 4 children and spouses: Diana (Hare) and Lewis Latanẻ, Tracey Hare and Marlow Herring, Bobbie (Hare) and Skip Siperko, and Scott Hall, 10 grandchildren and spouses: Lauren Latanẻ-Valis and Randy Valis, Paul and Melanie Latanẻ, Lindsay Bertoni, Brittany and Eric Knight, Tyler Siperko, Chelsea Hare, Marlow Herring, Aidan Hall, Zane Rodriguez, Jennifer and Dave Feeney, and 10 great-grandchildren: Cataleena Latanẻ, Cassidee Latanẻ, Cooper Latanẻ, Nickolas Valis, Ryleigh Bertoni, Eliza Bertoni, Brooks Knight, McKenzie Knight, Sebastian Feeney, Brenna Siperko, and 2 more due in February. In addition, she is survived by brothers Donald Seiler, Gary Seiler, John Seiler, and special family friend Tory Blackwelder. She was predeceased by her sister Sandra Harrison.

There will be a visitation time on Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 3:00-4:00PM with a memorial service starting at 4:00 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, located at 1212 West Old Liberty Road in Winfield, Maryland, 21784, The service may also be viewed via livestream at www.burrier-queen.com starting at 3:55PM.
