Kellie Sue McCoy, age 50 of Taneytown, MD, passed away suddenly Tuesday March 28, 2023, at home.
She was born June 19, 1972, in Frederick, MD, the daughter of Carroll Dean Long, Sr. and the late Sandra Sue Weller.
Kellie was self-employed. She loved spending time with her many nieces and nephews and taking care of her many animals, especially her beloved dog Dewy. She loved gardening.
She is survived by her father, Carroll Dean Long, Sr. and step-mom Bonnie L. Long; sisters Christine Long (Dwayne); Tonya Herche (Sam) and brother Carroll Dean Long, Jr. (Lisa).
Wife of Todd McCoy.
Kellie is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, Great-niece’s and Great-nephews and friends. Especially her close friend Perry Sartain. All of whom will miss her dearly.
Preceded in death by her mom Sandra Sue Weller and a brother Bryan Joseph Shea.
Interment to be private with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
