The son of the late Ivan Hands and late Lucilla (Lee) Hands
Mr. Hands was a Sales and Service Manager for 3M Corp.
He was a veteran of The US Naval Reserve.
A Member of Mt. Airy Full Gospel Church, Member of Westminster Aero Modelers and Loved to make Model Airplanes.
Surviving in addition to his wife are Mother-In-law Doris P. Smith of Mt. Airy, Daughter and Son-in-law Deborah and Charles Lusco of York, PA, Son and Daughter-in-law David and Amy Hands of Westminster, Brother Don and Janice Hands of Glen Arm, MD Grandchildren Madison and Megan Hands, Joy Rose Lusco, Step-grandson Jason Lusco. And numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son Kenneth Allen Hands
Funeral Services will take place Monday, May 6, 2013 11:30 AM at Mt. Airy Full Gospel Church 13949 Penn Shop Rd. Mt. Airy, MD 21771. Interment will be Tuesday May 7, 2013 1:30 PM at Druid Ridge Cemetery, Pikesville, MD. The Family will receive friends on Sunday, May 5, 2013 2-4 and 6-8 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME, 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784(beside S. Carroll High)
