L. Oursler

L. Gerald “Jerry” Oursler, age 78, of Manchester, formerly of Randallstown, died Thursday August 20, 2009 at Carroll Hospice, Inc.-Dove House in Westminster, MD. He was born March 29, 1931 in Baltimore County, Maryland the son of the late Laurence E. Oursler and the late Esther S. Oursler (nee Berry). He was a construction supervisor for John K. Ruff, Co., Inc. He loved his pets Katie and Bud. He was an avid Baltimore Colts and Baltimore Orioles fan. He was the husband of Margaret “Peggy” Oursler. He was the father of Brenda J. and George Petzold of Westminster, Nancy and Jack Wagner of Westminster and L. Wayne and Donna Oursler of Manchester. Loving grandfather of Brian Wagner, Lisa Uhler, Scott Wagner, Gregory Petzold, Brady, Jacob, Hayden and Darcy Oursler. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Saturday 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Memorial Service Sunday August 23, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA with Deacon Charles E. Barnhart, Jr. officiating. Private interment.
