LaVonne Gill Miller (nee Shook), 82 of Woodbine, MD passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2021, at Birch Manor in Sykesville, MD.
Beloved spouse of over 55 years to the late James “Jim” Edward Miller.
She was born December 4, 1938 in Cumberland, MD the daughter of the late Casper A. Shook and the late Susan B. Shook
Mrs. Miller retired from K-Mart and the Dollar Tree. She loved to shop and find bargins
She is survived by her daughter Susan and husband Todd Ashley of Conway, SC, Daughter La Donna Lang of Woodbine, Daughter Kimberly Miller of Thurmont. Grandchildren Chelsie Lang, Samantha Lang, Wyatt Ashley and Sydney Ashley and sister Eleanor Knoche
Preceded in death by brothers Paul , Ronald and Jerry Shook sisters Mildred Daulbaugh and Betty Spriggs.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 9, 2021 12 PM to 1PM when services will take place 1PM at Sunset Memorial Park Masoleum, 13800 Bedford Rd. Cumberland, MD 21502
Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park
