Leona Gosnell

Leona Grace Gosnell (nee Shaffer), age 81, of Sykesville, died Sunday, June 25, 2006, at her daughter's home. She was born May 9, 1925 in Hagerstown , MD the daughter of the late Adam Shaffer and the late Nellie Mae Cowan Shaffer. She was the wife of Roland W. Gosnell for 64 years. She was a homemaker. She was the mother of Roland Ernest Gosnell of Anderson , S.C. , Robert William Gosnell of Sykesville, and Leona Lynn Ellenberger of Sykesville; Loving grandmother of Kelli Lynn Crisfulli of Reisterstown whom she raised and also survived by another granddaughter and 1 grandson and 1 great grandson. Memorial Service will be held Thursday, July 6, 2006, at 7:00 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) with the Pastor David A. Highfield of Westminster U.M. Church in Westminster officiating. Private interment.
