Leona House

Leona Joyce House (nee Tatum), age 76, of Pikesville, died Friday May 1, 2009 at her home. She was born February 5, 1933 in Virginia the daughter of the late Howard L. Tatum and the late Essie Mae Lewis Tatum. She was the wife of the late Ernest I House. She was an executive for Department of Transportation. She was the mother of Frederick L. Miles of Hampton, VA, Keith D. Miles of Glen Burnie, David L. Miles of Westminster, and Christopher K. Miles of Pikesville. Dear sister of Lois Dunkerly of Jacksonville Beach, FL, Maxine Tatum of Randallstown, Raymond Tatum of West Friendship. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Monday May 4, 2009 from 3-5 PM only. And also on Tuesday May 5, 2009 at Northwest Baptist Church 300 Westminster Road Reisterstown from 10:00-11:00 AM at which time funeral service will begin with the Pastor Gary Glanville officiating.
