Leona Watts

Leona Gertrude (nee Sickel) Watts, 97 Of Charlestown Retirement Community, died Wednesday, March 11, 2009. She was the beloved wife of the late Russell S. Watts. She was born October 24, 1911 in Baltimore, MD. The daughter of the late Edwin Trust Sickel and Etta May Knauff Sickel. She was employed as a Medical Secretary from 1931 to 1977. She has been residing at Charlestown Retirement Community since 1986 . She loved to Read. The family will receive friends on Sunday March 15, 2009 from 2-4 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, PA. 1212 W Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784. Funeral services will take place Monday, March 16, 2009 at 11 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery, Woodlawn, MD with John Ely officiating.
