Mr. Barton was born September 29, 1932 in Baltimore, MD the son of the late Ruth Barton Abbott.
He was a Ret. SGT with Maryland State Police. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. LeRoy enjoyed bowling.
Preceded in death by previous wife ZoeAnn Cross Barton and son Michael Robert Barton, Sr.
Surviving are children Keith E. Barton, LeAnn C. Peterson and husband Lee, Michael Robert Barton, Jr. and grandson Jacob Lee Peterson.
