Lillian Taylor

Lillian M. Taylor (nee Johnson), age 91, of Winfield, died Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Brinton Woods Nursing and Rehab Center in Winfield, MD. She was born April 4, 1920 in Alberton, MD, the daughter of the late William Johnson and the late Mary Compton Johnson. She was the wife of the late Hobart Lee Taylor, Sr. She was a homemaker, She was a member of the Winfield Vol. Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed sewing and baking for Fire Company events and enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoys flowers, and family gatherings at Christmas Time at her home. Surviving are children Yvonne and Dick Baker of Winfield, and Hobart Lee Taylor, Jr. of FL; sister of the late Maude Lewis, late Ethel Adams, late William Johnson, Late Leonard Johnson and late Mildred Wentworth, also survived by grandchildren Rick and Brenda Baker of Taylorsville, Gayle and Allen Taylor of Westminster, Craig and Kara Baker of Westminster, Nicole and Bob Beckwith of Mt. Airy and Jeff Taylor of MD and Also survived by 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Tuesday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Service Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 12:30 PM at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA with the Rev. Judy Emerson of Ebenezer U.M. Church officiating.
