Beloved wife of Lee Monroe Esworthy, Sr.
Born September 19, 1944 in Reisterstown, MD the daughter of the late Kenneth E. Wantz and late Helena (Kehr) Hanigan.
Mrs. Esworthy worked for A & P and Super Fresh for over 38 years. She loved bowling, fishing, camping, boating, the outdoors and her animals.
Devoted mother of Lee Monroe Esworthy, Jr. and wife Theresa K. of Swansboro, NC, Michael Alan and wife Jeanetta M. Esworthy of Taneytown.
Dear brother of Wayne E. and wife Sherry Wantz of South Port, NC, Gloria W. and husband Wayne Hanixman of Finksburg, the late Phyllis J. Wildberger, the late Gary E. Wantz, late Sandra L. Stephan.
Loving grandmother of Shawn Esworthy, Jennifer Hetrick, and Natalie Esworthy.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A, 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784.
