Linda K. Byrd Petrone, 66 of Taneytown formerly of Montgomery County.
Died Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at the Dove House.
She was the daughter of the late Chester H. Byrd and the late Margaret G. (Mitchell) Greer.
She was a Book Keeper until retirement, an animal lover, enjoyed ceramics and playing chess.
Surviving are Sisters Frances Davis of Woodbine and Carolyn Morgan of Montgomery County, Brothers Wayne Byrd of North Carolina, Ronnie Byrd of TN, and Gary Byrd of MD. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2015 11 AM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 with Viewing 1 hour prior from 10 AM until 11 AM. Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD .
