Lynn Tenny

Lynn W. Tenny, Jr., age 80, of Boonsboro, died Thursday February 4, 2010, at Washington County Hospital in Hagerstown, MD. He was born November 18, 1929 in Elmira, New York, the son of the late Lynn W. Tenny, Sr. and the late Charlotte Cooper Tenny. He was a grocery manager for Safeway for 43 years. He served in the US Navy from May 6, 1947 till January 20, 1950. He was pilot of his own plane. He was the father of Penny L. Falls of Hagerstown, Nancy Diann Impellizzeri of Hagerstown and Bobbi Bierman of New Windsor. Brother of Donald Tenny of Florida. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
