M. Rachel Campbell (nee Esworthy), age 90, of Westminster, MD, died Thursday, January 19, 2012 at Golden Living Center in Westminster, MD. She was born September 1, 1921 in Frederick County, Maryland the daughter of the late J. Howard Esworthy and the late Margaret Helen Black Esworthy. She was a Clerk and Aide for Child Care. She was a Member of Nazarene Hanover Church. She was the wife of the late John H. Campbell. She was the sister of Herbert Henry Esworthy and wife Elaine of Westminster, and Leona Utz and husband Kenneth of Westminster and the late Bessie Jenkins, late Eileen Becker, late Anna Stair, late Sylvia Jenkins, late Frances Haines, late Nellie Bond, late Clifford S. Esworthy, late J. Roger Esworthy and late Grace Wolf, late Ella Mae Baurerlein. Aunt of Brenda Nunn of Manchester, David Utz, Sr. of New Oxford, PA, Karen Cook of Manchester, Terri Gontarek of Westminster. Also survived by several Great nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty, Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Tuesday from 12:00-1:00 PM at which time Funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Richard Wilson of 1st Church of Nazarene in Westminster officiating. Interment Locust Grove Cemetery.
