Mabel Louise Will (nee Cook), age 91, of Woodbine, formerly of Eldersburg, died Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at her daughter and son-in-laws home.
She was born October 9, 1923 in Carroll County, Maryland the daughter of the late Thomas Abraham Cook and the late Beulah Smith Cook.
She was a LPN for Springfield Hospital Center for 25 years, retiring in 1979. Longtime member of Elders Baptist Church where she was active in the Keenagers.
She was the wife of the late Frederick William Will.
She was the mother of Diane L. Kirk and husband Scott of Woodbine, also survived by Brother James Albert Cook and companion Wanda Troutman of Keyser, West Virginia.
Grandmother of Karen A. Dixon and Cindy M. Dixon both of Westminster, MD, Ben and wife Chrissy Kirk of Upperco, MD.
Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD (Beside South Carroll High School) on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Funeral Service will be at Elders Baptist Church, 1216 Liberty Road, Sykesville on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
Interment Wesley Freedom U.M. Church Cemetery, Eldersburg, MD.
