Died unexpectedly Friday November 23, 2012 at University of MD Medical Center.
She was born April 6, 1922 in Glenwood, Howard County MD. She was the daughter of the late William A. and late Dora Warfield. Surviving her are loving children Son Stewart Fox, Jr. of Westminster, and daughter Dixie Lee Gauss and her husband Christopher and granddaughter Taylor McKenzie Gauss of Finksburg. Also Sisters Laura Tester of West Friendship, Mazie Piccolo and husband Ralph of Essex, Nannie Arnold and long time friend Bob Bowman of Mt. Airy, MD and Ada Bohn of Sykesville. Niece and husband George Zepp and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by brother William A. Warfield, Jr. who died in 1937
She enjoyed being a homemaker, worked at Spring Grove Hospital Center and retired from Springfield Hospital Center in 1987. She was an avid Animal Lover and enjoyed The Oriole Baseball games.
