Maria Katherine Parr, age 65, of Annapolis, MD, died Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at her home.
She was born October 14, 1958, in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Leonard Parr and the late Anne Weremey Parr.
She was a Stockbroker for Legg Mason
Maria was a courageous woman, who battled cervical cancer fiercely and with grace. Maria was dealt a difficult hand, but never lost hope. Maria loved being by the water, sailing and animals, especially cats. She was a proud cat mom to Callie, who she loved very much.
Maria did not have family left but was loved and cared for by Virginia "Janine “Carr-Mack, George Hutton, Stephanie Shafer, and the staff from Wellness House of Annapolis.
Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 12:00 Noon at Holy Trinity Orthodox Cemetery, 6480 Elibank Drive, Elkridge, MD 21075 with Fr. John Vass officiating,
