Martin T. Lego, 91 of Eldersburg, MD passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
He was the beloved husband of Mary J. Lego (nee Conjour).
He was born October 21, 1931, in Altoona, PA the son of the late George E. Lego and the late Kathryn Lego (nee Leader).
Martin was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was a 1959 graduate of the University of Baltimore. He was a Pricing Manager for Amoco Corporation for 37 years (BP Oil).
Surviving in addition to his wife are his children Kathryn Kotz (Jeff); Mary Ellen Grismore: he was the grandfather of Erin Kotz and Kobe & Carter Grismore. The brother of Marge Trout (Richard) and their daughter Karen Barr.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 29, 2022, from 3-5 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A. 1212 West Old Liberty Road Sykesville, MD 21784 (Beside South Carroll High School).
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 10:30 AM at Wesley Freedom United Methodist Church 961 Johnsville Road Sykesville, MD 21784.
Interment to follow at Lake View Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Wesley Freedom United Methodist Church.
