Died Friday, July 12, 2013 at the Dove House in Westminster, MD
She was the spouse of the late Charles Brocato.
Mrs. Brocato was born August 1, 1927 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Edward J. Callahan and Jeanette (Cook) Callahan.
She was a homemaker, A volunteer for over 19 years at Carroll Hospital Center and a volunteer at St. Joseph’s Catholic Community, a Sales Associate at Hochschild-Kohn, Enjoyed Cross-Stitch, reading, walking, swimming, and traveling.
Surviving are Daughter and Son-in-law Michelle and Dale Bennett of Sykesville, Son-in-law Dave Blasco, Sr. of Sykesville, Step-children Carl Brocato, Annette Epperly , Cathy Johnson, Elizabeth Brocato, Chris Brocato. Brother Edward J. Callahan, Grandchildren David Blasco, Brooke Bennett and Keri Bennett. Also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by daughter Jean Blasco and Sister Nancy McConney.
A Funeral Liturgy will be said on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 11:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Community, 915 Liberty Rd. Eldersburg, MD 21784.
