Mary Cardell

Marie “Betty” E. (Flowers) Cardell 97 of Westminster formerly of Rockdale,died Thursday September 8, 2011 at Carroll Hospital Center. She was born June 14, 1914 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Emory Harrison Flowers and the late Etta Elizabeth (Cadle) Flowers. She was a Retail Sales Representative and Book Keeper for Don Flowers Florist in Randallstown, MD. She was an active member of Mt. Olive United Methodist Church and Sang in the Choir at Carroll Lutheran Village. Surviving her are Son and Daughter-in-law Richard and Carolyn Cardell of Finksburg. Daughter and son-in-law Rita C. and Barry Hogan of Sykesville. Sister: Janet Lucille Ramsey of Brooklyn, MD Brother: Richard Donald Flowers of PA. Grandchildren: Michael, Matthew, Kelly and Brian Hogan Great-Grandchildren: Sam, Nick, John and Shannon Hogan, Emma and Brady Warble, Lauren, Tyler, Alexis and Lily Hogan. Also Survived by numerous nieces and nephews Preceded in death by Brothers and Sisters; Emory Kenneth Flowers, Ruth Rebecca Flowers, Thomas Maurice Flowers and Dorothy Virginia East.
