Mary Frances Crone (nee Shinaberry), age 85, of Taylorsville, died Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Gilchrist Hospice Center in Columbia, MD.
She was born March 5, 1929 in Marlinton, West Virginia the daughter of the late Harman Shinaberry and the late Hattie Mullens Shinaberry.
She was a meat wrapper for Giant Food. She was a member of Taylorsville U.M. Church and she enjoyed dancing.
She was the wife of the late Paul Compton Crone.
She was the mother of Connie Burgoon of Eldersburg and the late Ernie Lee Crone.
She was the sister of- Betty Sharp, Junior Shinaberry, Jimmy Lee Shinaberry and the late Sarah Nelson.
Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 7, 2014 from 10:00-11:00 am at Oakland U.M. Church, 5901 Mineral Hill Road, Sykesville, MD 21784 at which time funeral will begin at 11:00AM at the church with Rev. Donna L. Renn officiating.
Private Interment.
