Mary Edna Fogle (nee Stone), age 81, of Mt. Airy, MD, died Monday, February 9, 2015 at Kline Hospice House in Frederick, MD surrounded by her family.
She was born October 8, 1933 in Westminster, MD, the daughter of the late James Howard Stone and the late Edna B. Stone (nee Brightwell).
She was the wife of Russell Lee Fogle for 61 years.
She enjoyed square dancing, camping with family and friends and Myrtle Beach. She was a member of Howard Chapel-Ridgeville U.M. Church in Mt. Airy. She graduated from Westminster High School class of 1952. She was a member of the Mt. Airy Kiwives, 55 plus club and Mt. Airy Senior Center.
She was the mother of Stephen L. Fogle and wife Jill of California, MD, David A. Fogle and wife Sherry of Warrensburg, MO, and Kenneth D. Fogle and wife Lisa of Mt. Airy; also survived by grandchildren Dustin Fogle of Warrensburg, MO, Andrew Fogle of Tacoma, WA, Jennifer Fogle of Mt. Airy, Kristin Fogle of Mt. Airy, Brady Fogle of Mt. Airy, Lori Fogle of San Diego, CA, Jessany Fogle of California, MD and a great grandchild Colin Fogle of Warrensburg, MO.; and mother in law Alma F. Fogle of Frederick, MD.
Memorial Service will be held Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Howard Chapel-Ridgeville U.M. Church, 1970 Long Corner Road, Mt. Airy, MD with Rev. Phil Ayers officiating.
Inurnment will be at a later date.
