Mary Angela Haddaway Campbell 90 of Woodbine, MD, died October 15, 2011 at Brinton Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was the spouse of the late Nathan Haddaway and later married the late William Campbell. She was born October 31, 1920 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late George Evrie Akehurst and late Emma Louise Hare Akehurst. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse for Sinai Hospital and a Private Duty Nurse for numerous years. She enjoyed Knitting and spending time with her grandchildren and family. She was a very giving person. She enjoyed many days at the S. Carroll Senior Center and her years at Brinton Woods. Surviving her are Daughter and son-in-law Wendy A. and Steve Gahm of Woodbine, Daughter and Son-in-law Ellen Louise and Joseph A. Burton of Hampstead. Daughter Hope A. Dayhoff of Delaware. Son and Daughter-in-law Murray E. Susan Haddaway of Delaware, Son and Daughter-in-law Thomas N. Karen Haddaway of Virginia Beach. Also survived by numerous Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by Son Mitchell Haddaway and Brothers David and Evrie Akehurst. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday October 18, 2011 7 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home, 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784 Interment will be Private in Parkwood Cemetery Baltimore, MD. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to South Carroll Senior Center, 5928 Mineral Hill Rd. Eldersburg, MD 21784.
