He was the Beloved Spouse of 57 years to Jaqueline H. (Close)Humphrey.
Mr. Humphrey was born February, 18, 1938 in Baltimore, MD the son of the late Ellwood B. Humphrey and the late Sarah D. (Higgs) Moyer.
He was a County Clerk for Baltimore County. Mr. Humphrey enjoyed Motorcycles in his early years. He enjoyed camping, and horseback riding.
Mr. Humphrey was predeceased by his son David Wayne Humphrey.
Surviving in addition to his wife are son and daughter-in-law Melvin L. and Catherine Humphrey, Jr. of Glen Rock, PA, daughter and son-in-law Melody A and Gary Connor of Ellicott City, MD, daughter and son-in-law Sandy K. and Thomas Brobst of Eldersburg, MD. Twin brother Marvin E. Humphrey of Shippensburg. Grandchildren Josh and Jared Humphrey, Sean and Jennifer Connor, Amanda and Jessica Brobst.
