Nancy Marie (Watts) Ely, 86 of Lorien Assisted Living in Mt. Airy formerly of Sykesville.
Died Sunday, November 13, 2016 at the Dove House in Westminster.
Beloved wife of late Richard C. Ely. Mrs. Ely was born September 25, 1930 in Baltimore, MD the daughter of the late Wilbur Alvin and late Anna Marie (Klohr) Watts.
She was a Secretary and Book Keeper for Sykesville Middle School, a member of Northwest Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing cards and reading books.
Devoted mother of the late Richard B. Ely and wife Ceal of Sykesville, Earl A. Ely of Finksburg, Elvamarie Miller of Sykesville and John A and wife Darlene Ely of Mt. Airy. Survived by 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, November 19, 2016 10 AM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD (Beside S. Carroll High) Interment Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 18, 2016 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM.
