Mrs. Garrett was a homemaker, loved to travel and spend time with her grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her children and their spouses; Susan and Brad Hebble of Westminster, Charles H. Garrett, III and Mary Bel of Bloomington, MN, Elizabeth Tallman of Westminster. Dear sister of William Ryan of Ft. Myers, FL. Loving grandmother of Bradley Humbert, Andrew Hebble, Garrett Tallman, Katie Tallman, Charles Garrett IV, Samantha Garrett. Also survived by great-granddaughter Brianna Smith.
A Gathering of Friends will take place on Saturday, April 14, 2018 10 to 11 AM at BURRIER-QUEEN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, P.A. 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784.
