Naomi Rippeon

Naomi Catherine (King) Rippeon 87 of Woodbine, MD, died Sunday July 25, 2010 at Carroll Hospital Center. She was the spouse of the late George Wilbur Rippeon. She was born December 5, 1922 in York, PA the daughter of the late Gorman King and the late Regina (Rosenburg) King. She was formerly a Registered Practical Nurse for Springfield State Hospital. She loved her family and taking care of Birds. Surviving her are Daughter and Son-in-law Charlotte and Wayne Collins of Woodbine, Son and Daughter-in-law Jeff and Wendy Rippeon of Accident, MD , Sister: Charlotte Baugher, Grandchildren, Julie Ann Pennington, Tim Pennington, Tim Rippeon, Amy Brandt, Zachery Rippeon, 1 Great Grandson Ethan Rippeon. Graveside Services Wednesday July 28, 2010 10 AM at Poplar Springs UMC Cemetery, 915 E. Watersville Rd. Mt. Airy, MD 21771. The Family will receive friends on Tuesday July 27, 2010 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, P.A., 1212 W. Old Liberty Rd. Winfield, MD 21784.
