Nathan Russell Knight, age 52, of Windsor Mill, MD, died Monday, April 4, 2016 at his home.
He was born September 29, 1963, in Pikeville, Tennessee the son of James Edward Knight and Anna Rachel Knight (nee Minton).
He had a long history (over 30 years) as a Psychiatric nurse working in many different areas and venues.
He was a LPN and worked for Mountain Manor Treatment Center in Emmitsburg, MD.
In 2014 he received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and in 2015 a master’s degree in Human Service from Argosy University online.
He was the husband of Melissa Knight of Windsor Mill.
He was the father of Corinne Knight-Brown of Rising Sun, MD., Robert Knight of York, PA and Rachel Knight of Hollywood, CA. brother of April Knight Nadeau, Nathaniel Knight and Jason Knight.
Friends may call the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville (Beside South Carroll High School) on Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 1:00-2:00 PM at which time Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 PM with Pastor Chad Grisham officiating; Interment at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Winfield, MD. After interment family will receive friends at Belisimo’s Restaurant, 20 West Liberty Road, Sykesville, MD 21784.
