Norman Hoff

Norman L. Hoff, age 74, of New Windsor, died Saturday, April 23, 2011 at his home. He was born March 4, 1937 in Westminster , MD the son of the late Charles E. Hoff, Sr. and the late Hilda M. Niner Hoff. He was the husband of Helen Seal Hoff. He raised and trained horses. He was a farmer. He was a blacksmith and helped with the Westminster Livestock Auction for 31 years. He also was in the Army. He was the brother of Ruth Buckingham, Elsie Legore, Raymond Hoff and wife Ginny, Ralph Hoff and wife Barbara, Charlotte Ogle, James Hoff, and Larry Hoff and wife Diane all of Westminster and the late Pauline Muller, Martha Catherine Hoff and Francis Joseph “Bud” Hoff, and Charles E. Hoff, Jr. Also survived numerous nieces and nephews, sister-in-laws- Ethel Hoff, Juanita and Jerry Russell and Cathy and Galen Buckingham all of Westminster and brother in-law- Harold and Gloria Seal of FL. Funeral Service will be held at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road , Winfield (Beside South Carroll High School) on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. William Phebus officiating. Interment will be in Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery , Cooksville , MD. Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM .
