Otis H. Kirk, Jr., age 72, of Mt. Airy, died, Monday, April 18, 2016 at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
He was born November 22, 1943 in Great Falls, Montana, the son of Dorothy M. Kirk (nee Connolly) and the late Otis H. Kirk, Sr.
He was the husband of Joyce Kirk (nee Fulenwider) for 52 years.
He was a retired Service Manager for Petroleum Services in Baltimore, MD. He was Past President of Mt. Airy Chapter IWLA, Scholastic Clay Target Program Youth Coach, NRA Range Officer, MD Hunter Education Instructor, and Member of the International Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF).
He was the father of Karen Dudley and husband Brian of New Windsor, Butch Kirk and wife Michele of Mt. Airy, James Kirk and Monique Klapka of Baltimore; brother of Jean Baum of Sykesville, grandfather of Kaitlyn and Allison Dudley, Andrew and John Kirk; brother in laws Jim and Jack Fulenwider; also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Friends may call at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, PA, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Sykesville (Beside South Carroll High School) on Thursday 3-5 & 7-9 PM; where Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Patricia C. Dols of Deer Park U.M. Church officiating.
Inurnment will be held at a later date.
