Patricia Ann Earp, 72 of Woodbine Died Saturday July 4, 2015 at University of MD Shock Trauma. She was the spouse of Herbert Wilson, Jr. Mrs. Earp was born January 5, 1943 in Olney, MD the daughter of the late Carroll Joseph Lowe, Sr. and Barbara Lucille (Henley) Lowe. She was a homemaker and a mother. Loved her cat, Boo and spending time with her children and grandchildren.Surviving her are Daughters Lori Coeburn and husband Gary of Walkersville, Sherri Earp of Woodbine and Debbie Place and husband George of Frederick, Sister Diane Peason of WV. Grandchildren Joshua and wife Ashley Coeburn of Hagerstown, Kayla and husband Vernon Marsh of Frederick, Justin Coeburn of Walkersville, Ashley Ray Coeburn and Fiance Dustin Rosenberger. Preceded in death by Brother Carroll (Joe) Lowe, Jr.
