Patricia Leupen

Patricia “Patty” Dale Leupen, 61, of Westminster, MD, passed away on October 30, 2023.
Born on February 22, 1962, she was the daughter to Allan Herbert Jodrey and the late Mildred Carolyn Hogendorp.
Patty was a young, athletic volleyball champion who lived life to the fullest. She loved to dance, was a fierce Phase 10 player, and worked as a licensed hairdresser for most of her life. Her 17 years as a beloved bus driver endeared her to the community she served. Patty's love for the beach, camping, family dinners, and holiday gatherings brought joy to her life.
She enjoyed simple pleasures like cornhole, crabs, sitting by the fire, and watching every season of the show, Survivor. She loved her animals, especially her families cats and dogs and was always up for helping her kids sneak more pets into the house. Patty's vibrant spirit, infectious smile, and love for life will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of laughter and inspiration, forever in our hearts.
Along with her father, Patty is survived by her children; Lauren Bova, husband, Mike, Leah Bowers, husband, Bill, John Brady, Jr., girlfriend, Christina, Jack Leupen, Joseph Leupen, one brother; David Jodrey, wife, Brenda, one sister; Janet Roberts, husband, Steve, five grandchildren; Will, Bella, Gracelyn, Grayson, Raelyn and numerous loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, November 11 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home, 1212 W Old Liberty Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784, where a memorial service will begin at 4:00 PM.
